Why should my child train Jiu-Jitsu?
Self Defense - Your child will learn effective real-world techniques to protect themselves in case of an attack or bullying situation.
Confidence - Your child will develop new skills, overcome obstacles in training, and receiving positive reinforcement building their confidence with every achievement.
Focus - Students tune in to learn techniques and are challenged to actively recall them during drills and sparring. You can't doze off when you have a partner trying to capitalize on your mistakes!
Exercise - Students are constantly met with resistance from coaches and peers, encouraging them to work hard. Physical fitness is essential for success and reinforced through training.
Friends - Seeing the same faces and working together each day builds friendships both on and off the mats.
